Join us for the 2019 SRIPS Conference! Last year, our partners from industry, trade organizations, non-profit organizations, universities, and government agencies shared efforts and discussed challenges affecting FSMA outreach over an engaging day and a half conference. This year, we will be drawing together the same partners for a focus on outreach, implementation, and inspection strategies. Bringing together outreach and implementation partners at the 2019 SRIPS Conference will help ensure that the training needs of the owners and operators of small and medium-sized farms, beginning farmers, socially disadvantaged farmers, and small food processors are being met in a consistent way and that we are taking advantage of resources developed across the region. The goal of this meeting will be to share best practices around outreach, implementation, and inspection strategies among southern states. We will discuss ongoing efforts in the delivery of FSMA related training, education and technical assistance within the southern US. As a key component of the conference, we will hear outreach, implementation, and inspection updates from each state.
